How to stop an anxiety attack?

There are several ways to stop a panic attack. It is best to seek its causes.


I do not mean to look into the past to see that you had a difficult childhood, no causes for anxiety attack.

To stop an anxiety attack, you should first locate the cause. You're afraid of what?

Honestly, I know it is difficult, but it's so powerful to say I'm afraid of X, while X happens to me then I F.

By definition, if you can say it AND believe (essential), you'll know to stop anxiety attack.
